「Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips.
One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4.
I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment」

「Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps.
Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.」

IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser.
