"The property is absolutely gorgeous! Every day, walking to my villa through a Isle of beautiful flowers and plants and being greeted by watching. So many hummingbirds, and hearing all the wonderful sounds of the birds. It was amazing to be able to look out my window and see the Volcano. The best part about what made this stay. So magical is the staff. Maximal greeted me when I checked. In carried, my bag into the room showed me how to use the air conditioner and where everything was at. I was so happy! Valeria took care of me every day, with answeri ng all of my questions, where I can find things, making sure that I get to breakfast. And she was just a pleasant, wonderful happy person! I was so glad to have met them. And how they helped take care of me and how they made my stay here in magical! I am shared with so many of my friends even before I got home. That when they come to costa rica, they have to stay here. It's been a beautiful experience! Pura Vida!"

"I stayed at Hotel Secreto for one night as a part of my trip to Costa Rica and it is a great spot! It was beautiful, had delicious breakfast and the staff were excellent! I arrived around 11 with a shuttle from San Jose and they let me start the check in process early and held my backpack for me while I adventured until I was able to receive my key at normal check in time! When I made it back over it was drizzling and one of the kind reception workers actually walked me to my room with an umbrella. The next morning, I was waiting for my shuttle to Monteverde and another one of the reception workers actually called them to ensure my ride was on the way! I left around sunset for a hot spring reservation and got lucky with a gorgeous view of the volcano. And the next morning, I even saw a three toed sloth in the parking lot before getting into my shuttle!!"

"Unique experience and perfect location. Kevin, Daniela and Christian took very good care of us. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was included in the reservation, which was delicious. Night walk on the property was an excellent experience and the guide did a great job explaining everything we spotted on the trail. Our room was in excellent condition, well appointed and beautiful. True immersion in the rainforest!"

"I loved the peacefullness of the rainforest. The staff was amazing. The only thing that was not great was the food. They should specials on everyday of the week. I asked for eggs over medium and I got hard eggs. The steak tacos had no flavor and the steak was hard. The only good thing that we ate was the skirt steak with mash and they can put more mash on the plate."
