「To begin with my wife and I are both handicapped which they were advised off on reservation and they put us on the third floor with no elevators. No my wife said no so they put on the first floor in a non-handicapped room, which was next to an unoccupied handicapped room. Our tiny room had no handicap adaptations. Four feet from central desk and very noisy. Sheets were torn and no soap or shampoo in the shower. Go figure. When we arrived the restaurant was çlosed. The chef was sick. The...

「We stayed here after arriving in the evening. It was easy to get to, very comfortable and unique. The staff were great and the breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed the morning walking around the city center area.」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」
