“The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I only got to stay for one day. Will definitely go back.”

“Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time. Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative. Both ladies made my birthday……

“Immaculate property. Right in the heart of things, but no street noise. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nicest place we stayed in Scicily by a mile.”

“Very clean and big room in the middle of the historic sites lots of restaurant bars, coffee shops”

“Good location”

“Terra Dell’Etna was a great place to stay! Wonderful location, comfy bed, great shower, and a great kitchen! Cristiano is a wonderful host, kind and very friendly. He was quick to help in any way! ”

“Nice place”

“Clean and tidy, comfortable, high ceilings, convenient location, helpful host, with private parking.”

“Lovely b&b in stunning old building. Nice room with terrace. Responsive staff when we had a problem. Parking outside the front. ”

“地區旺中帶靜，很方便。工作人員很有禮，很熱心幫忙。房間很大，設備齊全。早餐很多選擇。服務很好。20分鐘車程可到達機場。”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”

“Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our first contact with the hostel was an offer for their taxi service, but we received no useful information about check-in or arrival. They also tried to charge us for a large taxi, even though we had clearly stated that our family would fit in a regular car. The airport transfer was the worst part. The driver was driving recklessly—speeding well above the limit, ignoring other traffic—and it felt genuinely unsafe. When we arrived, he didn’t even get out to……

“Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.”

“Confortevole, buona posizione, personale disponibile”
