“This VRBO is one of my favorites. Very quiet, clean, King bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. We loved staying in a Tobacco Barn (Baccer barn). My husband is from Newton Grove and it brought back memories from his childhood. Well done!”

“From booking the stay to leaving this wonderful home everything was a breeze! The neighborhood is very quiet; there are lots of deer and squirrels! When we were there, it was quite cold by Florida standards, but the home is only about a half mile walk to many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great restaurants to choose from we went out every night for dinner. The bed was super comfortable and while it was just the two of us a family or two other couples could also……

“Really nice place.”

“This was such a wonderful home, I would love to book it again! The house itself is clean and inviting, with lots of space for two people. The host was amazing to work with and quick to communicate. The location itself is quite literally steps away from downtown Apex which has so many shops that accommodate to just about any interest. Also, we have an electric vehicle and a level 2 charger was just in front of us at the town hall parking lot. Worked out well for us! We will be back! :)”

“Very clean, family friendly, will stay here again when visit NC. ”

“Pet friendly and nice location.”

“House and amenities are as pictured. Good communication. ”

“The place was clean with lots of kitchen essentials. The only issue we had was the musty smell of the house. It’s an older home so I understand that could contribute to it. I’m sensitive to smells and have allergies. So that was our only issue.”

“Unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom (in the air vent and the shower). The entire vent was sprinkled with it, which is directly next to the toilet. There was much less in the shower. My son, who is allergic to black mold, had to wear a mask every time he went in. He did not shower. We sent pictures at the owners request but did not get a response. The communication otherwise was fine. We will not be returning.”

“Need to have pics of the neighborhood! This location was not good at all!!! Me and my wife didn’t even go in/check in! Was charged 311 for a night to risk my life! Smh”

“Clean great hosts easy check in and out”

“The location is great if you are going to the Lenovo center, the fairgrounds and downtown. The backyard was fenced in with ample room for the dog to use. One of the beds had no box springs and a super cushiony mattress so it had no support and you could not roll over in it without it making a lot of noise. The house is in need of new painting, repairs (the bathtubs stop drain did not work, missing hand cloth rack…). The house rules were a bit ridiculous filled possible fines.”
