“Three people from our organization stayed here while attending a week long conference at the Mariott at Crabtree. We saved so much money renting this wonderful home as compared to three hotel rooms, yet we were only 15 minutes away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (and more). The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and the neighborhood, while busy, was quiet. The couple of times we needed to contact our hosts, they responded within minutes and were very gracious. “Girls weekend in Cary for talking, eating, shopping and laughing - this was the perfect home base! There is construction next door so we were concerned but no noise came in to bother us!”

“I stayed in the house for 5 months over the winter. Wellington is honest, caring and responsive. He purchased extras for me and my kitty to make sure we felt at home. He even decorated for the holidays so the living room was festive and colorful when I arrived. He always got back to me very quickly whenever I reached out to him. He wanted to make sure I was happy. “I absolutely adored this property, its location, cleanliness, and all it had to offer (huge closet!!) I have a fluffy, curious pomeranian and the yard was just slightly overgrown so we didnt do much exploring of the backyard, but it did make us check out local dog parks near by. Oakwood Park is a HUGE one about a 1.4 miles from the house we highly recommend! And if walking your pup around the neighborhood go out and to the right, there is a smaller 'park' to walk around thats quick and……

“This lovely house is the perfect home away from home. We spent much of our time in the sun room with the window shades open to the beauty of shrubbery, flowers, birds, squirrels, etc. The living room was cozy and provided the additional space needed when my family gathered together. The hosts are warm, inviting people and responded quickly to texts sent to them. Shops, parks, and library, all close by. We loved our short stay there.”

“We stayed for a graduation & family gathering. Although I was supposed to have more in my group, there would've been plenty of room if my whole group of 10 stayed. Lachelle was responsive and knowledgeable, thanks! The place was simple and clean. Caveat: The owner provided the basics (which is fine) so bring your own every day things, like coffee seasonings, coffee filters, etc. (or K-cup machine). Overall, a good place!”

“I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish the fees were more clear at the beginning. By the time we incurrred the additional insurance expense and a pet fee, our total stay increase $160. Overall the host and location were solid and would love to stay again!”
