Wonderful house for vacation with friends and family

We stayed early July 2018 and had a wonderful time. Sylvie T is a very gracious host and the house is spotless and full of personal touches. We cooked and ate meals outside under the shade trees. We swam and walked in the local area. It also was a good location for wine tasting Cotes de Blaye and sightseeing coastal towns near Royan. Highly recommend this location for travelers who want to relax and enjoy beautiful countryside.

Fantastic family holiday home in the sun

Hi, we have just has the most wonderful time at this family home in Anglade. Mme Terral was there to meet us and everything was available in the house which we needed. The pool was huge and plenty of area around for all of us to enjoy. Mme T's husband kept this clean and they were both very helpful. Lovely area for biking and we had trips to Blaye on cycle paths, Bordeaux and very beautiful Royan. Thank you so much for allowing our family to experience this wonderful part of the country. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour de 2 semaines chez M. et Mme Terral qui sont très sympathiques ! La maison est top, avec toutes les commodités pour 9 personnes ! Belle propriété avec un extérieur performant

Nous avons loué cette propriété pour des retrouvailles familiales après des périodes de confinement en voulant profiter au maximum des extérieurs en raison du covid . Très bon accueil des propriétaires, avec des petites attentions et du gel hydroalcoolique et produits menagers à disposition. La maison est spacieuse, agréable et on peut très facilement préparer les repas. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie de qualité avec une décoration soignée. Les salles de douche bien finies. Quant à la piscine, elle a fait l'unanimité.

Belle demeure parfaitement équipée pour passer de belles vacances en famille, la piscine est très bien. Vous apprécierez l’accueil des propriétaires qui connaissent très bien la région et seront vous conseiller si besoin sur les visites à faire. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.

Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés, maison et jardin sont parfaitement entretenus (de même que les 2 adorables chiens!!!).Nous avons pu organisé une très belle fête d'anniversaire avec d'autres enfants venus pour l'occasion. Nous sommes prêts à revenir dans un an.

Magnifique séjour au calme en famille

Nous avons eu un très bel accueil de la part de Sylvie et Jean-Marc qui nous ont fait nous sentir à la maison dés notre arrivée. La propriété est au calme au milieu des vignes avec un beau parc et une piscine délicieuse avec toutes les normes de sécurité et parfaite pour des familles avec enfants. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle pour les grands groupes. Un petit commerce de proximité est accessible à pieds et des grands supermarchés à 10km environ. Les citadelles de Blaye sont charmantes et les restaurants agréables. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et y retournerons avec plaisir. Encore un grand merci à nos hôtes pour ce beau séjour.

Beautiful renovated property

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary year with our family with a 3 week stay at this stunning property. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 children. Our hosts Sylvie and Jean Marc (and Pepette the dog) made us very welcome when we arrived and were on hand if help or advice was needed in any way, without being intrusive. The accommodation was immaculately presented with plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The lounge was large with plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day's activities. TV, DVD and an audio system were there to use but not needed with light evenings and good weather. The beds in all the rooms were very comfortable and we all slept well. Both bathrooms and toilets were spotlessly clean and the showers had great water pressure with plenty of hot water all the time. We had fabulous weather and were therefore able to play cricket, football, table tennis, badminton and we had treasure hunts in the expansive grounds. Our grandchildren made good use of the trampoline and the swimming pool was large, well maintained and with plenty of sun loungers. We strongly recommend this gite if you are looking for a high standard of accommodation with an enormous amount of space and great peace and quiet. The massive garden added to the tranquillity of the gite and it is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely return if holidaying in this area in the future. Anglade is a very quiet village and surrounded by vineyards. Blaye is a short drive away with an interesting citadel and a ferry across the Gironde to the Medoc region. Bordeaux and St Emilion are just over an hour's drive away and Royan a little further. Many thanks to Sylvie and Jean Marc for making such a beautiful property available for us to use. Their hard work in renovating the property is a great credit to them.

Belle propriété et hôte charmant

Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 couples et 2 bébés dans ce gîte rénové entièrement. Nous avons apprécié la belle piscine et le vaste jardin. Sylvie a été charmante et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Ils se sont montrés très discret pendant notre séjour et pour le partage de la piscine. Le seul bémol concerne l'isolation phonique surtout entre les étages. Nous avons occupé la chambre du bas avec ma compagne et le moindre pas à l'étage s'entend (le plancher craque fortement). Celà est dommage vu la qualité de la rénovation dans l'ensemble. Le rapport qualité/prix est cependant excellent.

Location géniale, super agréable, très propre et fonctionnelle.

Du 21 au 28 avril 2018, nous avons profité avec toute notre famille, 8 adultes, 3 enfants de 6, 5 et 4 ans, et 3 bébés, 1 an, 7 mois et 4 mois, d'une semaine de vacances dans cette super location, très confortable, très propre, avec des équipements de qualité ; mise à disposition du nécessaire pour les bébés... Pour toute la famille nous avions 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain et 3 WC, ce qui nous a permis d'être indépendants les uns des autres...La propriété donne sur un grand parc arboré sur lequel sont implantés des jeux d'extérieur...et surtout un trampoline, à la grande joie de nos petits enfants !...et quelques-uns de nos enfants...Le soleil généreux cette semaine-là, nous a permis de profiter de la piscine chauffée, sécurisée et très bien aménagée avec plusieurs transats. Le petit village d'Anglade, nous offre la tranquillité, les services : supérette, boulangerie, parc aménagé pour les enfants, beaucoup de possibilités de promenade...sont très appréciables !!! Nous tenons à souligner l'accueil très chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires ; la disponibilité, la gentillesse et l'écoute de Mme Terral ; nous les remercions vivement pour tout cela...nous nous sentions un peu chez nous... Nous ne manquerons pas de transmettre cette adresse à nos amis et relations ; et d'ici quelques années nous y retournerons, c'est sûr...il nous reste quelques "Châteaux" à visiter..et histoire de refaire le plein de bons crus... Nous conseillons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui veulent bien se ressourcer !!!
