「非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆」

「Our stay was wonderful -our lovely friendly hosts David and Anne gave us recommendations for things to do around the area and were so helpful in every way . The accomodation was so cute, very clean and the bed very comfortable and warm. The views and surrounding bushland make it a very peaceful feeling with kangaroos in close proximity to our window! All in all a good value short stay in a beautiful location. Highly recommended.」

「Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. 」

"For the price we paid, it honestly felt like we were staying in a luxury home rather than a hotel room! We stayed in a family-style room that had absolutely everything we needed. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom were all incredibly spacious, making the whole place feel like a real home away from home. Even the laundry room was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable to use. It was also wonderful that everyday essentials such as dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent were provided, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying these little things ourselves. The bathroom even had a large spa bath. Although unfortunately the spa function was not working during our stay, simply soaking in such a large bathtub was still incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. This resort is definitely the kind of place where you could stay for several days and truly enjoy the space and facilities, rather than just using it as a place to sleep. We absolutely loved it and felt that it was excellent value for money."
