“This place was so filthy 1/4 inch dust on fan blade, mouse poop in silverware drawer, hair in shower, and carpet stains everywhere. The lights would flicker and the oven and microwave would fluctuate up and down due to some electrical problem. I had to go to the gas station and get a battery for the one smoke detector in the house that was dead. I think it has a serious electrical problem and may be dangerous. There was lots of damage that I took photos of so we can't be blamed. This house was……
