“Could not be a better location to the bills stadium. Less than a 10 min. Walk from room door to gate. Free parking with room. That being said, I personally would not shower there or stay for more than one night due to the outdated and un cleanliness of the bathroom. However the sheets were clean and it was a great place to crash and not worry about how many drinks you have. It also had a clean mini fridge and microwave. Keeping in mind it is a motel not a hotel. “I appreciated friendly staff , outside is in need of cleaning and parking lot has lots of pot holes, people were hanging around smoking out by the cars. I am not super paranoid so I hoped that no one would vandalize, luckily they didn't. Loud talking in the mornings in hall ways. No breakfast, boo. My room was very clean and my bed comfortable. ”

“50s Style hotel, parking lot terrible. no heat on a 40 degree night (Probably could of got it turned on if I would have asked), and remote not working for tv. Considering other hotels were asking $500 for an event in the area this was a great deal at just over $200 for the night.”

“My room was exactly what I expected. No more, no less. It was clean, functional and close to highmark stadium. (I went to the bills game the day I stayed at the Orchard Park inn.) It was a six min walk from a nice sports bar as well. ”

“This house was perfect for our family visiting from Michigan. It was super comfortable and felt like home. Clean up was super easy and the property manager had great communication with us. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend this house.”
