「This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

「Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. 「the rooms are very clean and comfortable; the staff was pleasant. this was the second time we stayed in this chain and both were well worth the money although the breakfast had much more variety in the first one and was better stocked than the one in Springfield NY but all and allit was a good stay and I would book this chain Again」

「There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve 」
