On the booking channel you said that you have A restaurant A bar 24h room service WiFi in every room Laundry service Etc But in fact, there is no WiFi No possibility to do laundry or even have you bring it somewhere else to wash it. There is no remote for the air conditioning The bathroom door is missing a handle the toilet leaks water after you flush There are so many insects and FROGS in the room And the bare minimum is to have……

“We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Coco Tangalle , we stayed in the King Coco room & it was an amazing space , large with our own private patio . Suresh looked after us during our stay & was very helpful . We would have liked to see a small refrigerator in our room & tea/coffee facilities however Suresh was very happy to place our wine in their fridge & serve it on request , he also bought us a pot of tea every morning . Gorgeous restaurant & pool with staff always ready to assist , would……
