"Generally a decent place to stay. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The bar and restaurant were pretty clean and tidy. Air con wasn’t great in the bedroom and the bathroom probably wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but nothing too bad. Would I stay again, yes."

"Firstly the hotel is NOT the one shown in the image, it’s a completely different and far more shabby building. The receptionist was probably the rudest and least helpful I’ve ever experienced, it’s almost unbelievable why anyone would employ such a rude person in this role. The hotel is quite tired, but acceptable, the location is good for tram access into the city centre. Breakfast was very average, with again, very poor service from the staff. Overall I’d say avoid unless the location is your main reason for staying. We certainly won’t be returning."
