I had to give them a call though, because I did not receive any instructions for the check-in procedure in advance. Ireceived an email within minutes after calling so that worked out fine. I had some problems getting the tv in living room to work, since everything av unplugged when I got there, and there was not many instructions around. But it all worked...

"Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Küche ist eigentlich Top ausgestattet. Allerdings war das Geschirr leider teilweise dreckig bzw. unbenutzbar (verbrannter Topf), es fehlen ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Dafür ist die Lage optimal."

"Great location to the port and bus depot as both are easily walking distance to the hotel. Stunning, new facility and kept spotless. Tram stop was less than a block away. Laundry on-site was a great feature although 10 Euros for wash and 10 Euros for a dryer were probably on the high side. "
