「We were only at the hotel for one night, and arrived at 7pm due to a delayed ferry, but we had a lovely if brief stay! The staff were welcoming on arrival and provided a welcome drink and showed us to our room. The rooftop pool is open until 8pm so we managed a quick dip and headed out to get some dinner. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mitsis Selection Laguna (family of 4 including 2 kids 10 and under). The resort was clean, well organized, plenty of food and drink options and conviently located. 「When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions.
