「Petit studio situé à Saint-Léonard, aménagé avec goût et bien équipé. Idéal pour une personne seule. L'espace peut être un peu restreint pour deux. Stationnement facile à proximité et accès rapide au centre-ville d’Angers. Recommandé pour un séjour pratique et agréable.」

「Our family of four stayed at one of the La Concierge apartments in July 2025. It was great. Very clean, well appointed, quiet, near shopping and restaurants. Espresso maker was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities were nicely sized and comfortable. Check in was facilitated with Google translate and our daughter who is studying French in Angers. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. 」

「Cadre idyllique, dépaysement assuré. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme chez Sylvie. Piscine idéale pour se détendre et se rafraîchir : transat, parasol ou repos au frais sous les arbres.. tout est possible. Le studio est agréablement décoré et bien équipé pour un court séjour. L'extérieur est partagé avec plusieurs locataires mais chacun a ses espace privé. La Loire est à 2 pas et tous les commerces à environ 5 km. Nous recommandons et reviendrons probablement. Nadia 」

「Cook, wash clothes, work, watch TV or just use the place to sleep, wash and store your belongings as you enjoy the streets of Saumur or the Val de Loire.The apartments are spacious, full of charm and offer everything a tourist needs - far more than most need.Parking is plentiful nearby, if one persists in looking - should never need to park more than a minute walk from the property.We were well supported through the process by our host.
