「Liked its location, very central and well located. We got here a bit early and could not get in until 3 PM( I understand you can request early check in , as it’s not staffed there is no flexibility if you do not do that), also there is no storage available for luggage although there is a storage just up the road. 「I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information.
