Beautiful home great location

Loved this property and could not ask for a better location to get around Anna Maria. Everything we needed within walking distance. Pool was amazing and loved that it was shaded . Tons of beautiful shells and sand dollars in the beach across from the home. My kids asked if we could move here after this trip! Thanks for hosting my family.

Great Location

I stayed in this house in 2020 and it was amazing, I gave it a 5 then. I would say a solid 3 now. It's a beautiful home! The location was perfect! The grill was very clean and easy to use. It was fun to fish in the canal, walk across the street to the beach, it was close to the pier, shopping, and restaurants. Not having access to the elevator was inconvenient. The house was surface clean, but I believe it needs a deep cleaning. There's a strange smell on the main level. When the dryer is running, it's really loud, but it does dry. The pool was pretty dirty when we arrived and it was not cleaned while we were there. None of the issues ruined our vacation, just don't expect to have issues when you spend that much money for a week.

Beautiful stay on the water

The house was very clean, well stocked and just as advertised. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops on Pine Ave. We had quite a relaxing time sitting by the pool and watching the boats go down the canal. The views were also spectacular, especially sunset from the top balcony!

Beautiful property in a great location!!

Beautiful and comfortable home perfectly located. You can walk across the street to the Bay beach and an easy 10 minute walk to Bean Point beach. Also an easy walk to Pine Ave. The pool and hot tub was great under the shade of the house & out of the blistering Florida sun. also allowed the kids to swim if it was raining. Water views from every balcony. Great option on a beautiful island.

FABULOUS HOUSE AND VIEWS

The house is mostly and advertised. However, I had overlooked the fact that the pool is actually under the living area of the house, its beautiful pool and hot tub, but it is 100% in the shade, no sun while at the pool. The door alarm is a major pain when going in and out, but other than that, there's not much to correct. The views are incredible from almost every room. And the location is perfect. I'd stay again for sure.

Unbelievable

We could not have had a more perfect trip! Despite red tide putting a damper on our beach time, this was a trip for the books!! This house (AMI Dreaming) is UNBELIEVABLE! Gorgeous and an amazing location. The property management couldn't not have been more helpful or kind. Rent a golf cart through concierge and have a blast! You won't be sorry!

Holiday trip

Great house. Was very nice and clean and spacious. Did not love the canal location. And beach across the street was not really useable while we were there as it was so windy and not a swimming beach. Hard to tell that looking at the listing. Management company was quick to respond about hot tub heating and gave us all the info we needed to check in easily. The house had everything we needed. We rented bikes to get around for short distances.

Never staying here again

The house is pretty to look at and that’s it! The hot tub controls do not work and the handbook doesnt describe how to use it, it would just randomly come on at times. Theres cameras on the balconys pointing into the house and masterbed, facing into the pool, the lawn chairs, everywhere outside. There is zero privacy, it like you’re in a prison- the add nonchalantly mentions cameras. My sister had to use a plunger on her shower because it kept filling up. There was no water pressure in the master bath shower. The ac was set to 75 and locked. I tried for 3 days to get the owners to cool the house down, they kept saying they adjusted it from their end. Not once did the temp go down. They sent a tech out to look but it didn’t matter because the house did NOT cool down after he said he fixed it. Trying to cook in the house, the back of your legs would drip sweat, my guests and their spouses would wake up multiple times a night dripping sweat.The cookware you will find in this house is beat up! It’s like they went to the Salvation Army to stock up the kitchen but even they have more standards than this property. I asked for a partial refund since we were unable to cook inside the house due to the extreme heat, my request was not accepted and I was treated like my issue didn’t matter when I presented it to the property manager. (Half of the house is windows with no curtains and an ac system that cannot support the house, good luck staying here) Also bad smell in laundry room.

Gorgeous and comfortable home!

What a lovely home for our first time stay on AMI! Comfy beds, quality linens, kitchen fully stocked, everything we needed! Very accessible to all the activity at the City Pier right across the street, the children's playground across the canal, shopping and dining. We rented golf carts and used them for everything. Bean Point Beach is where we went for sand/surf time. Wish the WIFI service was strong enough for the pool TV to be able to connect - we would have used it way more!! Lots of close public activity around this home - canal kayaks, fishermen, snorkeling, lots of passerbys on the street in front, and can hear the children playing on the playground across the canal. Really cool to see a manatee swim up beside the home in the canal one morning and the fish jumping out of the water at night! Added bonus was a small room with 2 bunk beds that was not included with listing description. Wish we had know that - we would have brought grandma! An absolutley beautiful home and very comfortable! Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful Location

Property was very clean and in a great location! Some old water damage inside, but wasn’t an inconvenience for our stay. Only thing that this house needs is blinds in the living room windows and master bathroom. This was an awesome home to rent for the week and the beach is literally right across the street! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Had a great vacation . The only bad thing was a couple of times someone came to the property without us knowing they were coming that was from the owner’s Realator. Also the day before we left there was a water leak from the air conditioner which made it hot upstairs and then we spent most of the day at the house because service people needed to fix the problem and we didn’t want to leave with our stuff at the property. I felt we should’ve been refunded for that day but I didn’t complain. Also we had strangers that would jump the fence by the street in order to fish while we were swimming. Which made it uncomfortable as in privacy.

FANTASTIC Location. The AMI people were great. Always responsive! Quick to follow-up and provided excellent, professional service. I will definitely be using AMI again! The property is very nice. Beautiful Master Suite. Convenient Elevator. Beautiful furniture. A few “to do’s” remaining from recent construction including finish details (i.e. stove not working, need bathroom curtains, etc...) And, some Home Goods need to be added (i.e. quality iron, mixer, blender, silverware, place settings, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, etc...). Some of these items exist today. But, not at the quality expected for such a beautiful and unique property. As the construction items are completed and the Home Goods added, this property will be a turnkey rental and absolutely AMAZING. Probably one of the best locations and properties on the Island.

Absolutely Amazing Home on Anna Maria Island!

This home is hands down one of the best homes on Anna Maria Island. The home is uniquely situated on the corner of Pine and Bay right on the canal. The master bedroom takes up the entire top level offering 2 large walk in closets, a huge bathroom with amazing shower and tub, and a super comfy king bed. Waking up to the Bay water views from this room was enough to make the vacation perfect. It was truly stunning! The main living level has plenty of space for hanging out, cooking and gathering in the kitchen, and of course taking in the views! The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking meals and more! The home also has a grill that we used which was great. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, both with comfy beds and great closet space! The pool and spa are located on the ground level and were perfect for relaxing after spending the morning at the beach. Our family also really enjoyed that we could walk over to Pine Ave and enjoy lunch and shopping close by. The walk over to the Gulf side beach was super quick as well. The management company was super friendly and made check in a breeze. We got our key code via email and just went straight to the house! This home is amazing and I highly recommend it!
