AMI IS THE BEST

Excellent access to the beach, walk or bike. Very clean, great pool with afternoon shade. Has everything you need, although beach chairs may need upgrade, but we feel that is the case with most homes. Would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was beautiful, the pool delightful, very close to the water and equipped with everything you would need with all dishes and utensils matching, very uncommon in a beach rental. Check in and check out was seamless. Duncan real estate was very responsive to any questions beforehand, and none were needed once we arrived.

House is beautiful. Very clean and well appointed. Short walk to quiet beach. Home is in a low spot on the road where water tends to accumulate.

Great quiet location

Very close drive to all the hot spots on the island but it was nice to stay on a more peaceful side of the island. A short walk or bike ride to access Bean Point for sunset almost every night. The pool was perfect and for those who don’t like us , it was in the shade in the afternoon so you save on sunscreen! Haha! Great house and we would stay again.

Perfect!

Best vacation ever! House is perfect and exactly as advertised. I was concerned about distance of walk to the beach but it was not bad, even with all the things a family of 5 needs! We cooked every meal in the house (ordered pizza once), because we just wanted to hang by the pool or be on the beach. Used drive for corn hole and ladder ball… plenty of room! All I can say is perfect!
