Perfect A.M.I. rental

This studio was perfect for a mom and daughter getaway. We enjoyed the close proximity to the General Store and ice cream, and the easy walk to the beach! Decor was gorgeous. The pool was clean and quiet when we needed a break from the sand and wind. Will definitely return!

This cute little bungalow was tucked away off the street & in perfect walking distance of restaurants, general store, coffee shop AND the pier! The stars gorgeous at night & you could see the city skyline in the far distance when you reached the end of the street. This place was a wonderful getaway for a few days. The outside private table near the room and the tiki area were set up with everything we could have needed. Would highly recommend staying here! A few reviews mentioned the construction next door, but don’t let that take away from the location of this unit. Construction will end but the views sure won’t!

Little slice of paradise

My husband and I came to Anna Maria for our sons wedding and we were lucky enough to find this property with some availability on our dates. First of all, it was the most affordable stay on the island but it was also perfect for us. It is close enough to walk to a lot of places but also private. The property was clean and well kept as well as quiet. There are a few things that could have been addressed like the broken sidelight with duct tape and the deep cleaning could have used more detail but overall good value for the price.

The unit was advertised as a one bedroom, it's not it's a studio the bed room has no door on it.Pool needs work,tile messing ,needs resurface. There's no designated parking for the golf carts, and no power supply to charge them. There was no dressers to put your clothes we put everything on the floor.

TV/Internet Less Than Desirable

Property is super clean, advertised as a resort with resort fees. Other than a pool not much of a resort. Internet did not connect, so had to use my personal hotspot. ROKU only. No cable, remotes were available for cable but useless. Please update your in unit book. There is no HDMI3 to choose from. Call to the management office yielded no solutions. Air conditioning marginally cooled the unit. May have been affected by the scratching in the walls which I assume were rodents. Appreciate this unit being dog friendly! Best part of the stay!

Should be 5 star but isn’t.

This lovely property really needs some TLC. Newly renovated it should get a five star rating, as the unit we had was clean, bed comfortable, kitchen adequate. Location was great. But the outdoor maintenance was non existent. Patio furniture was covered in black mildew, garden covering, leaves, black fruit, branches littered the pathways. BBQ area after dark when you want to cook was not lite up making it impossible to use. Also BBQs we’re filthy. Electronic door locks did not work. Garbage containers were not emptied until I complained. Pool towels were not replenished until I complained. Laundry area was not clean. After investing so much to landscape, fix the pool and create a lovely affordable oasis I don’t understand why daily maintenance (which is what it needs) has not been implemented.

Perfect escape!

Great location, comfy bed, awesome pool! Definitely recommend either bringing or renting bikes. On a busy weekend parking was limited at most restaurants so being able to bike there was great!

Sunrise garden matched exactly what we expected and what was featured online. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean, and walkable to everything. The only feedback I could provide is that the pool area has a fresh towel cabinet, but there were never any fresh towels when we'd check.
