Great location walking distances to all shops on Pine and Gulf Ave. The condo was totally updated everything was new and the place was professionally decorated. Even the exterior of the building had fresh paint and was very well kept. The condo had everything we needed and outside in the locked shed area was full of beach supplies again everything we needed. Looking forward to returning back to this property it will be our “go to” place for sure.

This was EXACTLY the area we were hoping to stay as it's close to Bean Point, a block to gorgeous beach. Walked to the Sandbar Restaurant, The Porch, Harry's, Bortell's and Slim's. To find out our place was totally remodeled and perfect in every way was such a bonus! Had a bit of a rain day so couch was perfect for snuggling up for a good movie. Kitchen was fully stocked for preparing coffee and quick lunches. I'm a bedding freak and loved the linens! Cotton, thank you and soft pillows! Huge closets so there's no room clutter and even full suze washer and dryer. Beach was so close ww could run back for forgotten items or relax with lunch before returning to the sand and crystal clear water. Loved that everyone celebrated sunset on the beach together.

This place was perfect for us. It's walking distance to a few great places to eat and beach access is less than 2 blocks away. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed going to different areas of the island. We would definitely rent this place again.

Dope AF!

Yo this place was sick. Super close to the beach, like we just walked there in like 2 minutes or something. Didn’t even have to carry our own stuff cuz they one of those wagon things for beach chairs and one of those umbrella and a cooler too. It was just me, my chick and zygote and we fit fine, like not cramped or whatever. Also there’s food places and coffee shops you can just walk to, which was dope cuz we were too lazy to cook. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would totally come back for sure. 10/10.

Exceeded our expectations!Perfect semi detached bungalow, prepared with a great deal of thought and attention to detail.Unfortunately we did not take to Anna Maria island so the beautiful property saved what might have been a disappointing trip. If you like the businesses of this location, then I would most definitely recommend this fabulous accommodation. Although the island was very busy, this apartment was peaceful and secluded. Thank you for providing us with a delightful and very comfortable place to stay.

Fantastic find on Anna Maria Island

We had a snafu with checking in - incorrect door code given- but it was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was flawless. This property is a gem - brand new finishes and a block and a half away from the beach makes it the perfect place to stay. Very well appointed for all of your needs. Thank you for a great vacation!

This property was amazing! Exactly like the listing! Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need! The location is also great. The best breakfast and lunch place on the island is a 2 minute walk to the corner and there are also many other restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful beach only a block away. What more could you ask for?

Best Beach Girls Trip!

This place is a gem! Absolutely looks exactly like the listing photos. We had everything we needed and things we didn’t even think of were also provided. Fran, the contact was incredibly easy to work with and was quick with responses to questions that came up. The location is absolutely perfect, less than 2 blocks from the gulf side which has a beautiful sandy beach and less than 5 blocks from the Bay side for a less salty and wavy experience and use of showers and bathroom here. Restaurants and shops are also in walking distance. The Porch is delicious and a must eat! So was the waterfront and the gelato place two blocks down. This was a great stay for a girls trip, small family or a couple. With plenty to do we never even left the parking spot once we arrived. Publix is available on the way for anything you may need and the corner store filled in the gaps if we needed. Would absolutely come back! Best long weekend in a beautiful place. Our only regret, we didn’t have time to take the free trolly with the stop located two door down around the island more.
