Wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars because this condo was absolutely perfect!!! Everything was so clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and made for easy walks to the beach and different restaurants and shops to spend our days at! The heated pool was gorgeous and perfect to take a dip in during the morning hours when it was cooler and the day when it was hot. Absolutely perfect condo and will most definitely be booking again soon!!!

Me and my siblings booked this vacation for my parents as a Christmas gift, and they absolutely loved it. We kept getting messages about how cute the property was, pictures of the different scenery, and the best food places to eat. They even met one of the owners and the pool and said how awesome of a guy he was. I definitely recommend booking with VaCasa for your Anna Maria vacation.

To start, if there was an option for more than 5 stars I would give it. The room was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! It was so easy to walk to the beach on one side and to the pier and several restaurants and shops on the other as everything is within a short 3-5 minute walk. The heated pool was beautiful and was the perfect temperature to take a dip in the morning and during the day no matter what the temperature outside was. All in all, we had the perfect trip and the condo played a gigantic role in that!!! Will definitely be booking again soon!

Motel Room

The his is a motel room, NOT a condo. The musty smell was more than we could take. We had to get plug in air fresheners, candles and spray to get rid of the smell. If we were not able to get rid of the smell, we would not have been able to stay. There were drawer handles missing. Closet door stuck all the time and very low pressure in the shower. On the positive side, the location is perfect and it has a nice patio and pool. Unfortunately we would not stay there again.

Cleaner than review suggested. Couch freshly cleaned, no sign of water damage no musty odor. Place is darling and pool and surroundings are clean and fun. Someone said bright lights from Porches can come through blinds at night. I took good black plastic tablecloth leaves w clothespins and problem solved. Shower head/pressure is a trickle. The bathroom faucet doesn’t turn the right way and ends up spinnning around and trickling. This would be an easy fix. Dresser missing drawer pulls. No dishwasher which was no problem for us. Location is absolutely perfect. Stores, restaurant, food, pier, beaches. Would stay again easily!

It’s just ok

If you just need a bare bones place to rest your head, this will work. It’s bright and beachy but nothing too special. What they leave you in the basic welcome pack is the cheapest toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. and left me wondering if they aren’t making enough profit to try to make a better impression. The master closet is covered in dust from a mini HVAC unit so don’t put your clothes in there. They are doing renovations on the neighboring units so it’s very loud during the day, which didn’t bother us too much because we wanted to be outside, but kept our dog barking nonstop when we were inside.

Sunrise Garden #7

Location was great for shopping, food and beverages (morning coffee!) and a very short walk to the bay side. Somewhat close to the beaches on the gulf side, but didn’t want to walk with all our beach gear in tow (found great parking though). Loved having a closet and dresser for our belongings. Would be great if there was a full length mirror on the wall in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Loved the heated pool. Upon arrival we found our toilet seat cracked, a shower floor tile missing and the couch cushions smelled of urine (where our son would be sleeping). I did leave messages, but no one responded, sadly. On our last day coming back from the beach someone was parked in our spot. Fortunately, a couple friendly staff were leaving and told us where we could park in the meantime. I did mention to them I had left messages, but hadn’t received a response yet. She had stated they were really behind, but asked what the messages were about. When I said what was going on (bathroom and couch), she had apologized and said they would refund us some for our stay. I still have yet to get a response or any feedback about any sort of refund. I would’ve chosen to stay again based off of location and the pool, but the urine smell on the couch and the lack of response from staff has left us questioning that. I hate to have to leave this response, but it has to be said to help for future renters.

Great Location and Pool - Small Issues

The property itself was in a great location and in an intimet setting which was very nice. Walkable neighborhood and comfortable. The issues that we experienced were minor at the property which could have/should have been take care of prior to our arrival. The toilet seat was cracked, toilet paper holder loose, bathroom sink not connected to the wall, a few tiles in the shower broken/missing and a handle on one of the dressers was gone. We also had no glasses or coffee cups until we called, which were brought to us a couple of hours later. What really bothered us the most was that the lights on the outside of the back and front entrance were so bright that sleeping was very difficult. Simply putting up some curtains would help with blocking some of this since there was no way to shut them off when sleeping. Another issue was that we temporarily lost our parking pass and had offered to pay for a new one but we were told that in addition to paying for a new one, "please note that if a car is parked without a parking pass, it is liable to be towed at the owner's expense" because they were unable to provide a new one for us during our stay. Then they followed it up with "Is there anything else I can assist you with today"..Luckily we found it but it did rub me the wrong way with the threat of towing even though I contacted Vacasa right away. Anyway, this is the first time that I've had any issues with any stays throught VRBO and hope this is just one that is an outlier.

Upon arrival air conditioning not working and no binder with instructions for Wi-Fi password or TV guidance so spent first day dealing with that. After several phone calls and a repair man for over three hours Air conditioning was fixed and later that evening Vacsa representative stopped by to ensure TV set up was complete. Although we shouldn’t have had to deal with these things first day VaCasa representatives were prompt in addressing our issues. Blind in bedroom did not extend to windowsill and there was no way to raise or lower the blind leaving 4 inch privacy gap we use the extra blanket and sheet to remove the gap but future guests may want a functioning blind. Unit was clean upon arrival and was able to check in early. Vacasa representatives are prompt in responding to concerns. Will use Vacasa to book rental properties in the future.

We chose this little spot for a relaxing weekend and it was perfect! We could walk to the beach and stores. They have free public transportation to the bars so that eliminates drunk drivers. It was a great time we will probably return.

We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The decor was adorable, clean and the kitchen fully stocked. I loved the pool towels available for use and the bed linens were comfortable. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pull out couch left much to be desired. Even though all aspects were very clean and inviting, there was evidence of covered up mold in the bathroom. Our friends who traveled with us and stayed in two other rooms complained about their mattresses, and one friend had a severe allergic reaction to their room (guessing maybe mold, maybe cats). The location is pretty decent. A bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, but we were prepared by bringing our bikes. We will definitely be staying again and only in room #7 as the other two places I saw were not as nice as #7.

Anna Maria we cannot wait to come back again!

We absolutely loved everything about our garden. Everything in the pictures is exactly like that in real life which I think is amazing and the cleanliness was amazing. The restaurant's and the beaches were all amazing. The entire island was pretty cool and awesome. Definitely going back and recommend Anna Maria to everyone.
