Great place

Everything was great Hot tub didn’t heat and instructions were vague We figured it out a few days in though Aside from that, would definitely stay there again

Wish we stayed longer

I can’t say enough great things about this property and our stay last week. The house was just like the photos - plenty of space for us all to spread out. It had everything we could have needed, the location was quiet and private and the views were breathtaking. The island itself was beautiful. Our family joked about making it an annual vacation and coming back to the house every year. Safe to say we all enjoyed our time there, wish we stayed longer.

We had a great time, house is well appointed, view is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about the management company, Beach Boutique Rentals. The few minor things that came up were quickly resolved, Julia and Brad were great. We will definitely return

Absolutely beautiful property, tastefully decorated and totally equipped for a short stay. Perfect for my y family vacation with small children and adults alike. The beach and pool made for a lovely time.

Great House and Location but hot tub does not get hot.

We loved the home- its beautiful! Beautiful house, beautiful location! We loved being right on the beach...saw dolphins everyday, found so many starfish! Very cool! Management was very responsive- we had a few issues on the first day- ie: the pool alarm, outdoor TV, hot tub... All were fixed promptly except the hot tub. Our only compliant was the hot tub. It never heated about 90 degrees. The pool guy did come a few times to assess the situation but the problem was never solved. He said this particular heater would never get hotter than about 90 degrees as it's not a gas heater. We have rented many VRBO's ( 3 other ones on Anna Maria) with hot tubs and have always been able to heat them to 100-104 degrees. If this heater is truly working properly and will never get to at least 100 degrees, this should have been disclosed prior to renting. I had 2 "filters" checked when I started searching for a home. One was pet friendly and the other was a hot tub. We were extremely disappointed it could not be used our entire stay as it was barely warmer than the pool. Again, we loved the home (its beautiful) but were very disappointed in how the hot tub situation was handled. If you don't care about a hot tub, this is a great home!!!
