Wonderful vacation

Had a wonderful stay! Home was very clean, comfortable and in walking distance to the beach. We all had a great time! Management company was also very responsive to an issue we had that was immediately resolved. Would stay there again.

Wonderful

The property exceeded our expectations! The amenities were great and the game room downstairs provided hours of entertainment for the young adults in our group! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our needs. I highly recommended this property for your stay on the island!

Wonderful clean property. Short distance to beautiful beach. Nice clean pool and fun game room.(Our only small suggestion would be to provide a couple spare trash bags in kitchen.)

Amazing house and good location!

Great place for a large group. Close to the beach and nearby restaurants, cafes and stores were good. Friendly neighbors and nice neighborhood.

Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table was very entertaining for the teen/tween age and family. Great location. A well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Had an issue with a bathroom but it was immediately addressed, great commmunication! Only thing I could recommend was a good cleaning, other than that our stay was excellent!

House was great size, bedrooms and bathrooms, for group of 6 ladies.

House does need a little TLC, broken screens around pool area, dirty looking banisters and main door lock(wasn’t always sure if had it locked) but otherwise great location for Bean Point beach. Walkable restaurants and shopping too.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation with us (myself, husband, 5yo & 2yo), my mother and father in law, and my husband's sister and her family (spouse + 15yo). Great location, big house, lots of room for everyone. I wish pool was a little warmer but it did rain twice while we were there. Overall a great vacation!

Family stay on Holly St

The house is extremely well stocked in the kitchen. We were able to cook any meals we wanted ….short walk to the beach. They provide all the beach towels you need as well as any beach accessories. We did have a problem with the comfort of the mattress but the managing company dealt with it immediately.

The perfect family beach vacation!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip! AMI is beautiful place to have a relaxing vacation. This home was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and included many extra amenities. The renting process was simple and the owners, Eric and Helen, were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Their local contact, Charlie, greeted us with wine and snacks and checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We really hope to return again next year!

GREAT HOUSE, GREAT VACATION

My wife and our 5 kids (13yrs-3yrs) spent a week at this house in May. The house has everything you need - particularly the kitchen (they even had a much needed coffee grinder!) It is in great shape, the pool was fantastic. Really, this was a great place to stay and the owners were most helpful. The walk to the beach was only a couple of small blocks and the neighborhood is really picturesque. What an island! We would stay here again in a heart beat. Book it now. Really.

Just perfect!

We are just finishing up our stay in this lovely home and only wish that it could have been a longer visit. The layout was perfect for our two families to share - four adults and five children. Our kids loved the sparkling-clean pool, and we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms - including racks for hanging wet bathing suits! The owners really have thought of everything, and the beach is spectacular. Loved being on the north end of the island this year. We adore Anna Maria and highly recommend this beautiful home. A truly perfect getaway!

Great house, great location, needs an update

It's a good house with good living spaces, however it needs a thorough deep cleaning. The handrail along the interior stairwell is filthy black and the AC vents are covered in dirt. The living room furniture is very worn and filthy looking.

Great 60th Birthday Vacation

We had four couples at the house and all were extremely impressed with the layout and the comfortable space. We drove from Atlanta so brought many kitchen tools with us because so many vacation rentals lack good equipment but not this house. We had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool and the deck off the kitchen and the game room is a plus; didn't play games much because the weather was so good; spent much time on the fabulous beach. The location is great at the north end of the island; very quiet and relaxing but still close to anything we needed. The restaurants are better than expected; the Waterfront was our favorite. Thanks Eric and Helen for being great hosts.

AMI Rental Home

Beach Lovers more than satisfied our family's needs, 6 adults & 6 children. The VRBO description and photos accurately depicted what we found in person. We found the home well maintained, clean and with amenities/extras (beach items, bicycles, screened in pool, game room) that made our stay on AMI fabulous. The home is a short walk to our favorite beach. The questions asked initially of the owner were answered promptly and accurately. We will definitely return to this home in the future if available and would recommend it to others. The Rod & Reel is one of the family's favorite.

Excellent Thanksgiving Week at Beach Lovers

Our extended family of 8 adults and 1 infant had a wonderful time at Beach Lovers over Thanksgiving Week. The home met all of our expectations and more. In a quiet neighborhood, it was very clean, the furnishings were wonderful, the game room and swimming pool were terrific. We loved the short walk to the Gulf and spent several afternoons playing at the beach only 3 blocks away. . Also enjoyed the collection of music CDs! The washing machine/dryer, oven, wifi and TV worked without a hitch! Beautiful kitchen. It is only a short walk/bike ride to nearby stores & restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again.
