“Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was extremely inconvenient & expensive. Had to tell frontdesk and housekeeping that room needed made. Had to go ti cart to get tissues replaced. Shower door handle fell off. My husband had to pseudo fix it.”

“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“Nice new hotel. Rooms were quiet and clean. Charles and the bar were what differentiated the hotel. Breakfasts were basic and self-serve, with single use plastic which is disappointing. Really unnecessary to charge extra for the parking - cheap trick. We ended up parking just outside to avoid the extra ($35 pd?) expense.”

“Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free.”

“Cons: -housekeeping service: front desk and housekeeping didn’t communicate w/ each other. Or, staff simply didn’t want to “refresh” our rooms during a five night stay. - A/C, it was 90* out & the AC in the room was not consistent. There was no option to keep it “on” vs auto. - parking: $5 a day Pros: - location, was great for us since we were there for the naval academy - manager & some staff, I wish I got the name of the manager. Lady with an accent like Selma Hayek had great customer……
