This cottage is in Oyster Harbor, a bayside community on the Annapolis Neck peninsula, about half a block from the Chesapeake Bay. It's a quieter base with easy parking, yet downtown Annapolis and City Dock are only about 12–15 minutes by car. Quiet Waters Park, with trails and South River views, is roughly 11 minutes away, and a Giant grocery store is about 6 minutes. BWI Airport is about 40 minutes by car, and Washington, D.C. is roughly an hour.

Please note that there is a section of the home that is blocked off from guest use with a locked door. This listing accurately describes all that is available to guests. Additionally, there is a covered car in the driveway that is not available for guest use. The water at this property is well water with a water softening system, so the water may feel "softer" than what you are used to at home, but rest assured, it is of a high quality.

Annapolis City Code (§17.44) requires us to keep a record of each guest’s name, address and phone number. After you book, we’ll send a quick online registration so we can stay compliant and get your stay ready.

For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.
