The staff was great and helpful. The room was fresh, clean and everything worked very well.
The only thing I wish the room had was the ability to cast to the TV versus traditional stations so we did not use the TV for lack of streaming services.
Great hotel! Clean and very quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Great location with so much to do and all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Annapolis.
Evening bar staff was exceptional, as was the crew at the check-in desk. Excellent recommendations for places to eat. This hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. So much history here, cool stores, venues, and not far from the bay.
Staff was very courteous; beds were comfortable and rooms had ample amenities. the location was in reeasonable walking distance to Historic Annapolis activities including the Naval Academy.
I was very happy with this hotel. It is in a great walkable area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The valet was efficiently done by app. We found ourselves commenting throughout that it was better than we expected.
The hotel is obviously and older structure taken over and renovated by Hilton Garden Inn. That said, it is clean, with good amenities, enough space in the rooms. And best of all, the staff is very professional and pleasant. The restaurant staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome just before closing time. Makes a weary traveler's day!
