Naptown Nook/Annapolis

Lovely, cozy, quiet home close to West Street and a short walk to Main Street down to the water. Kleenex is needed as is a larger tube of body wash (or bring your own). It was nice to have the small package of toiletries, but the small tube of shower gel doesn’t last longer than 2 days. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Spacious townhouse with easy walk to downtown

Very well maintained and spacious townhouse in the heart of Annapolis. Easy walk to restaurants and waterfront, would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home and the perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were so comfortable in this lovely home. We had a wonderful family reunion. We could walk to great restaurants of which there were so many. And we enjoyed the many boat cruises. We will definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Cozy Getaway

Naptown Nook was a wonderful, clean and cozy getaway. We came into town for my husband’s 45th class reunion from the Naval Academy. There were also my husband’s two friends/classmates and 1 spouse that stayed there as well. Enough room for us all! It was so great to catch up and visit with them in such a warm and cozy home. Would definitely stay there again!

Best of both of Annapolis. Close to harbor and town for dining and views, but still in a quiet neighborhood to feel like time away. Perfect spot for our Plebes parent weekend to catch up and rest. Well appointed, super clean and as always ITrip team communication on point. Will be be back.

Just a short walk from Church Circle, this townhome is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from Main Street and the city docks. Our stay was pleasant all around! I would return to this property.

Naptown Nook was clean, perfectly located in the heart of Annapolis and had all of the amenities anyone could ask for. The property managers were responsive and available. I’d highly recommend Naptown Nook!

Best Location in Town

We had three couples staying in the townhouse. We were able to walk downtown and to the stadium with ease. The townhouse had plenty of room for the six of us along with a full bathroom for each couple. The location was perfect for shopping, eating and entertainment.

Stay at Naptown Nook

Place was nicely layed out and very clean. Check-in was easy. Only complaint was the Glade plug in smell was too strong, especially for friend with sensitivity to perfumes, found it and unpluged. Beds were very comfortable and street was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to visit USNA & Annapolis

The Naptown Nook was the perfect accommodation for our USNA parent weekend! From the 3 generous bedrooms with comfortable beds to the well appointed kitchen! Not to mention the cozy back patio for morning coffee and evening chats! The basement is a perfect place to relax and watch movies! The location is a very easy walk to DTA and a 10 minute walk to gate 1 and a quiet street with a reserved parking spot! Would highly recommend!

The place was a perfect location to downtown Annapolis. The only funky part was the parking, but Annapolis is historically draconian when it comes to parking so they have to work within the insane rules they have here. The permit to park in the gravel lot right around the corner was a mild to no inconvenience. Itrip runs the property for the owner and their communication and customer service was exemplary. They answer all calls and all texts even on the weekend! They provided paper products and toiletries to make transition into the pace seamless. The other funky part was garbage day. We landed our trip within a Monday garbage day, so big thing is to remember to put it out the night before after 6pm and make sure when you get it off the curb to re put it in the backyard, the recycling bin matches the number of the place. Specifically 25 on the bin, I accidentally grabbed the neighbors. We exchanged them back and it was no harm no foul. Really nice people on both sides of the place. Overall, this place is perfect for you and a spouse or a family like ours! Very comfortable, clean, and comes equip with all the amenities that you could need to open the door and settle in. And coupled with the location? Place is top notch for the area. Itrip’s communication and management of the place renders this place as a 5 star rating in my book. If we do end up coming back, I hope we can stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

Extremely charming house, very clean, and great location. Staying at Naptown Nook felt like home away from home. We've stayed at many hotels in Annapolis, but absolutely loved the warm amenities this home offered us. Perfectly located, we enjoyed the great food, drink, and shopping Annapolis has to offer. The parking spots made it possible to not worry about finding a garage or worry about metered parking. The iTrip team was very attentive and made booking this house on short notice a stress free experience. We highly recommend anyone looking to visit Annapolis stay at Naptown Nook and use Sean and Jen from iTrip, you will not be disappointed!
