“I just spent three nights in Anne-Valerie's and Philippe's apartment in Annecy. The location couldn't be more perfect; right on the main pedestrian street in the heart of Old Town. The apartment itself it just as advertised and perfect for one-two people. It's on the second floor (American) of an old building (no elevator), but the apartment itself is modern, tastefully decorated and very quiet. “This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. ”
