Fantastic location so close to the train station as well as restaurants and all the sights in Annecy. Very walkable and convenient. Nice property and clean, renovated rooms with excellent AC. I received a balcony as well which was not expected. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A 5 star quality a few steps from the old town

Great hotel with an excelent Customer Service. From Dimitri by e.mail and front desk Gwen and Karen they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Nicely decoreted rooms, comfy beds and ammenities. By the way,highly appreciate the upgrade and the balcony overlooking the square! Breakfast is deliciuos, up to a 5 star hotel with fresh bread and pastry, quality and regional products including champagne. Will be back for sure! Merci beaucoup.

Everything was within easy walking distance. Cleaning staff was exceptional. Friendly and efficient. Pillows were too firm. Too big. And there was no ability to access A/C and it was too warm at night. The small room was heated too much by the in room refrigerator.

Hotel is ok for a short stay. Very small rooms but that was known. Good aircon and location. Shower has no door and water goes all over the bathroom (which is tiny). Also no conditioner or proper hair shampoo just a shampoo/shower gel combo.
