This charming 3-room apartment, about 48 m², has been recently renovated and is classified as a 3-star vacation rental.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, it’s the ideal spot for discovering Annecy and its surroundings. The apartment features:

An entrance hall with storage space
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, with a dining table and a cozy lounge with TV and a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). One of the bedrooms has a balcony facing east
A bathroom and separate toilet
A shared bike storage area is available for your cycling adventures.
