Dream and go - Proche Lac d'Annecy

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming studio for rent in Annecy-le-Vieux located 600 metres from the lake. The studio has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with connected cable TV, dining area and sleeping area with a double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside:
- A south-east facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Annecy-le-Vieux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Go sailing or water skiing on Lake Annecy from Annecy-le-Vieux.
- Go hiking or trail running to nearby Mont Veyrier.
- Discover the old town of Annecy and visit the castle.
- Stroll around the Château de la Cour in Annecy-le-Vieux with views of the lake.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private numbered parking space. Paid parking is also available near the town hall and near the Quai de la Tournette.

- Nearest train station: Annecy train station, 15 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Geneva Airport, 1 hour away by car

Mooie ruime studio, heel compleet ingericht. Zag er heel nieuw uit. Enig minpuntje was dat er slechts 1 hoofdkussen was en 1 kussensloop. We konden er ook fietsen huren om langs het meer te rijden. Gelegen in een rustige straat maar wel met zicht op het meer. Goede locatie.
