Localisation parfaite mais location mal entretenue dans un immeuble qui semble "abandonné" : terrasse très sale, lave vaisselle non vidé, ancien hôtel où l'on voit encore des vestiges....pour le reste, le lac est très beau et la vieille ville d'Annecy très agréable
