Nice place, fairly centrally located. Check-in process wasn’t smooth and it was hard to find. Once we got in it was fine except the only coffee maker was some sort of Nespresso type of machine that required pods and there were no pods. We tried to buy some but they didn’t seem to work in the machine.

Appartement correspondant tout à fait à l’annonce Immeuble sécurisé, très propre et calme , proximité du centre ,de la vieille ville et du lac Rue très passante mais appartement bien insonorisé Arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble, gratuit pendant l’été, très appréciable Le garage un vrai plus mais il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture, nous avons une polo c’était pile poil 2 terrasses ,très agréable en été Il manque juste une poubelle dans la salle de bain et quelques pinces à linge,seulement 4 c’est un peu juste. Je reviendrais avec plaisir

Très satisfait pour un deuxième séjour dans cet appartement.

Appartement sympathique, propre, confortable, assez bien équipé, très bien isolé. Situation idéale pour visiter Annecy à pied. Parking privatif en sous-sol très appréciable même s'il demande d'être habille en manœuvres.

Location appartement L'Esperluette 8 rue Vogt Mugnier 74000 Annecy

L'appartement est très agréable. Il faudra songer à changer la manière d'accrocher les rideaux dans le salon car ce système n'est pas pratique. Les rideaux ne tiennent pas sur les anneaux et il est impossible d'utiliser la place de parking de la manière où elle est placée donc nous ne nous en sommes jamais servis et avons garé notre voiture dehors sur les places payantes. Le concierge Basil est très sympathique et accueillant.

L'Esperluette ? parfait !

Appartement bien situé, à deux pas du centre ville d'Annecy, avec l'avantage d'une place de stationnement en sous-sol. Immeuble chic, même s'il commence à avoir quelques années, bien sécurisé. L'appartement est sobre, moderne, meublé avec goût, parfaitement équipé ( une seule suggestion : une poubelle de tri sélectif) et d'une grande propreté. Parfait !
