Vintage flat in a quiet house on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux with a large garden with a terrace and a balcony and a private parking space.

Just a stone's throw from the lake, the town centre and all the activities Annecy has to offer, come and relax and discover Annecy and its surroundings.

This large 80 m² flat in Annecy-le-Vieux has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with television, a bathroom with a large shower, and an independent kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle, but also iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, garage in the same building, television.

This property offers the comfort of your own home and its surroundings are ideal for your vacation. The only thing that I would recommend is to provide more garbage disposal containers. Also, the lack of A/C makes it difficult to sleep.

Excellent stay

The property is extremely well equipped. The entire set-up of the place is rather 1960-1970 style, you just like that or not. One disadvantage of the place is, that is along a busy through-put road incl. busroute to town and a busy roundabout. In the summer when doors/windows have to be kept open in the night, that is a disadvantage which ought to be mentionend in the presentation of the place. Finally, a suggestion: equip the place with 2 standing fans. It became too hot during our stay and given climate change, this could also be expected for the years to come.
