## Logement
This 13 m² studio is located on the 4th floor with a lift. It features a lounge area with armchairs as well as a desk, providing a comfortable workspace.

There is ample storage space, including room for cabin-sized luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped. The table is foldable and the chairs can be stored away to free up space.

The bathroom includes a rain shower and a separate toilet, located at the back of the apartment on either side of a window overlooking an inner courtyard with no direct facing neighbours.

The mezzanine bedroom offers a double bed and additional storage, ensuring extra comfort. Underfloor heating and wooden features create a warm and cosy atmosphere throughout the studio.

Please note that access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children, elderly guests, or people with reduced mobility.

Guests taller than 1.85 m may need to bend down in the kitchen area.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. There is no TV. A laundromat is located 5 minutes away on foot.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning fee but can be provided at an additional cost.

A welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel, and soap is provided in the bathroom.

This accommodation does not have a key box. Check-in is available until 10:00 PM. After this time, regardless of the reason, key handover will not be possible.

Located in Annecy’s old town and historic centre, the property enjoys an ideal location: the train station is just a short walk away, while the castle and the lake are both around 10 minutes on foot.

It is recommended to park at Parking de la Poste and explore the city on foot, as a car is not necessary to get around.
