The property was very clean and comfortable. However the door to my room was very difficult to open. As well as this construction was being done on the balcony of our room on the days we were there so it wasnt very private but overall very pleasant stay. The area is very nice and it is only a short train ride away from Geneva which was very good and also close to the station and restaurants in the area.

Impressed by hotel, very clean rooms and smart. Good value and 3 minutes to tram and 5 mins to station. Drawback is that reception closes at 10pm which was a problem for a late flight.

It is a great budget option in Annemasse. Rooms are very clean, good space, working AC, windows. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a good continental breakfast for the accesible price od 11 euros. Next to the hotel you have access to a shopping area with several restaurants and stores like Mango and H&M. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station. I would recommend staying here if you need a budget option and if you don't mind the 20 min train ride to Geneva.

Great little hotel 10 mins from La Gare.

Nice hotel, basic but clean and friendly staff. Shower only in our double room, always had hot water and the shower had good power. We had room only no breakfast, which can be provided, they also have a coin operated coffee machine in the lobby. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. Kettle in room, with tea & coffee provided (no milk) and Hair Dryer in bathroom. Beds where comfortable, but better pillows would be nice, but the price reflects this TV in room, french only, but you can switch the language to original voices (if ameriacan or english etc) Near the hotel is lots of cafes, bars and take out food places, I would recomemm visiting the roof top bar in the near by Novotel (at the train station) Annemasse is a great town if you are touring around the local area, well connected by trains to geneve, anncey and chamoix areas.

Pluses: - Friendly staff who helps as much as they can with small requests - Clean, quiet, air-condition Minuses: - Crammed bathroom - did not refill our soap - biggest one - wifi was unreliable and was completely out for the last 24 hours, plus I found my cell service from a local provider also did not work well at the hotel

Staff was super helpful and provided an excellent customer experience! The only thing was the property was under construction and there was a few sketchy people around the area. There was a young man doing drugs in front of the entrance that confronted me for having my phone out, I let him know that I was waiting for my Uber yet he still threatened me. I let the staff know and they immediately went out and dealt with him. Although I was unsure at first, I really enjoyed my stay! The area is in the process of being gentrified, so I’d say it’s only going to become safer from here on out.

Very disapointing

We made the mistake of thinking Geneva was not expensive and booked this hotel that had a 8.2 rating. This was not even close, as I would not give it a 7 on a good day. It was a $52 Euro ride from the train station and we canceled the next 2 nights and left first thing in the morning. The streets in front were all torn up for construction and the neighborhood was abismal and a bit scary. Just note that there are many hotels that seem to be close to Geneva that are inexpebsive, but they are actually in France in not so great neighborhoods.

Boa localização e bom custo benefício

Hotel com ótimo atendimento, limpo, confortável, com um café da manhã honesto, bem perto do bonde que leva a Genebra em 30 min. Único ponto negativo eh que a cidade está em obras, o que torna o transito com malas até o hotel muito ruim.

Dans la 1ère chambre le lit n’était pas fixé et se déplaçait, le matelas avait énormément de vilaines tâches et pire pas d’alèse ! Ménage très mal effectué car beaucoup de cheveux et poussière, surtout dans la 2ème chambre. Très déçue !
