when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever

The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink.
