「We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel does absolutely nothing for its guests. Everything is broken or out of order, and the hotel staff do not care. The shower ceiling collapsed and water was pouring from the ceiling while my wife was taking a shower. The hotel manager refused to speak with us about the situation, but Expedia was able to refund our money. Lots of drug activity. Do not look under the sheets, you will be appalled. Don’t expect a clean bed or clean towels. We never saw a single...

「Security was very poor. Had to walk around to the front to enter from the parking lot. Lots of 🚬 butts and trash bags at multiple entrances. Told staff of the issue and nothing was done. There was no utensils to use. Shower curtain and Rod was torn from the wall. There was a couple of outlets inoperable.」

「We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and 2026. The quality of the hotel has gone down during that time period. This is a corporate issue. The studio kitchen had visible sticky food on it upon arrival and the pans had been scraped /usable to cook. The front desk women who checked us in was happy to provide new pans to us. We washed the rest of the dishes upon arrival because there was dust/dirt on them. The bathroom also had remnants of prior guests (dirt/hair). The pool was not usable during our stay...
