We offer for rent a brand new chalet offering the "top of the range" experience that one can expect from a super-equipped chalet of recent construction (completed in June 2026!).

This prestigious chalet is fully air-conditioned, with 3 bedrooms - 2 of which are on the ground floor (rare!) - which can accommodate up to 8 people via 3 double beds, a sofa bed and/or 2 air mattresses (1 person). In addition, each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV for streaming.
Two bathrooms complete the property (1 on the ground floor, and 1 other upstairs accessible directly from the bedroom)

Equipped with a completely new layout that offers all the comfort of a modern home and will ensure you well-being and rest, with family or friends, the facilities you can benefit from are numerous:
- 100% equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave,...), fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue set, plancha ...
- "Cocooning" living room dressed in a refined decoration with SmartTV, free WIFI..

Outside, you will enjoy the south-facing terrace (partially covered) with its garden furniture and table for unique moments in peace. A private spa/jacuzzi and a barrel sauna are accessible directly from the terrace and complete the "well-being" facilities. A table football completes the amenities. Children's games available: Finnish bowling (molki), badminton rackets...

From the chalet and its private garden, you can access an area offering a communal swimming pool open from June to September (depending on the weather) to relax.

Private parking (2-3 cars) is available next to the chalet.

Perfectly suited to families with young children: you can take advantage of adapted equipment on site: 1 "umbrella" baby bed (with 1 mattress) for young children, 1 high chair, adapted crockery.

The chalet also benefits from an exceptional location 15 minutes from Gérardmer, 40 minutes from Alsace. Located on the edge of the forest, and set back from a very little frequented road, you benefit from a parking space in front of the chalet (2 / 3 vehicles) offering you quick access to the nearest commercial area (bakery, Super U, ..) (< 2 km).

A perfect place to enjoy the region with family and friends! Ideal location for hikers, bikers, skiers wishing to visit the Vosges or Alsace while enjoying absolute comfort and prestige in a quiet location!

OPTION: Supply of towels (8e per kit) and/or bed linen (with bedding prepared with care - 25e per bed) in addition on request.
