In the heart of Anse Marcel, very beautiful apartment of 70m² in the high-end residence of Acacias with ultra fast WiFi (optical fiber).

250 meters walk from Anse Marcel beach, one of the most beautiful and calmest of the famous island, with its top-of-the-range beach restaurant.

100 m from the marina with its nautical activities, its grocery store and its restaurant.

Anse Marcel is a real jewel in the north of the island facing Anguilla.

Its beach is one of the most famous on the island with its popular restaurant and private beach (Anse Marcel Beach).

Shops at the foot of the building are at your disposal: Mini Market, Italian Restaurant, several catamaran excursions and motor boats, boat rentals and various water activities (jet ski and towed buoys), and many other shops that will open soon .

There are taxis on Saint Martin but it is strongly recommended to rent a vehicle, the prices are very interesting.

Great stay

The place was very beautiful and clean. The owner was very accommodating. After asking him where we could buy pillows (since the pillows at the house were not to our liking), he actually bought 2 new pillows for us to use. The house is great with the 2 floors for the 2 bedrooms. The open air concept is beautiful as it always seems like you are part of nature. The only bad thing is that when you close the garage like doors, there aren’t any windows for you to see outside. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Très bon séjour à Anse Marcel

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé et à proximité de tout (plage, mini-market, restaurants). Bien que juste au dessus des Galeries Les Acacias, l'environnement y est tranquille et très agréable. Seule remarque, la toilette aurait eu intérêt à être accessible directement via l'aire commune... Excellent accueil et séjour très agréable!

Séjour à Paris-SXM

Il s'agit d'un bel appartement moderne, très bien équipé, situé en haut d'un un petit complexe commercial à proximité de la marina. Parking facile, quelques boutiques et restaurants très sympa, très belle plage à quelques minutes à pied. Le seul bémol est le fait qu'on pensait qu'il y avait deux salles de bain complètes, tel qu'indiqué sur le site. Ce n'est pas vrai, la salle de bain en haut n'a pas de wc, ce qui oblige les personnes qu'y logent d'utiliser celle en bas, située carrément dans la chambre à coucher. Comme on était 4 personnes âgées, descendre l'escalier assez raide et sans une bonne main courante pendant la nuit posait un inconvénient et inévitablement cela réveillait les personnes qui dormaient en bas. Nous trouvons que le propriétaire doit corriger son site en indiquant cette information.

Lovely space but not eexactly as expected

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and amenities can't be beat. The residence is clean and new and any minor issues that we had Gilles made right as soon as he could for us. Our only disappointment was that we expected a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit as we were two couples sharing this space for the week. When we arrived we realized that there is no privacy between the two sleeping quarters other than an open staircase and truly only one bathroom (that is one toilet) that is accessed right beside the one bed. The loft area has a vanity and a shower but no toilet. We thought that the two spaces would have more privacy from one another and that there would have been two full bathrooms available. That said, we survived the week and enjoyed ourselves. We would stay here again as couple but would not share the space again. Thank you Gilles for sharing your space with us.

El apartamento es genial, muy cómodo, bien equipado, hermosa decoración. Amplio, ventilado y soleado. El lugar es tranquilo, y cerca de una playa preciosa. Daphnee es una persona encantadora y se ocupó en todo momento de nosotros. Volveremos sin dudas!

The apartment was cosy and clean and had everything you could want. Including secure parking. It’s just like the pictures. The complex has a well stocked little grocery shop, coffee shop and restaurant. The beach is a two minute walk away. My only suggestion is info on how the appliances work—which we eventually figured out.

Leuk appartementje vlak bij het strand.

Leuk appartement, woonkamer/keuken is wel open en alleen af te sluiten met rolluiken. Het geheel is prima verzorgt. Het hele gebouw is gedeelte af en is nog wel onder constructie. De lokale hosten zijn erg punctueel en hulpbehoevend.

Island Getaway

From Paris to SXM unit is lovely, spacious and so close to the beach! Anse Marcel is a great part of the island. I enjoyed having 2 bathroom areas to shower and get ready for the day and evenings my husband and I spent exploring SXM. The unit is spacious and has amenities that made our week long stay perfect! Grand Case is a short distance driving where the local food is both delicious and priced well. Staying on the French side encouraged us to partake in the beautiful culture of both the Dutch and French sides of the island as well as the many beaches the island has to offer. Thanks much to the owner and the property managers for checking in on us and making sure to answer questions and give good tips about the island. We will love to come back and enjoy another getaway!!

Beautiful & Spacious

The property is located in beautiful Anse Marcel. Really great location with a short walk to the crystal clear waters. The beach is kid friendly with it's calm waves and secluded enough to feel like you have your own private beach. The apartment is brand new with luxurious amenities, great WiFi, full kitchen and lots fresh air coming in from the massive balcony. Right downstairs in the same building there is a small market that carries almost anything you'd need to grab to make your stay better. The property manager is extremely helpful and polite as can be. We found him to go above and beyond during our stay if we needed anything. We definitely will be booking this home again and again.
