"Location was ideal for us, walkable to shops, restaurants. Hotel facilities good and prices in hotel bar and restaurant better priced then others outside hotel. Could of done with more staff at peak times, service slow. Towels and some kitchen facilities abit tired or missing, could do with moderising. ..."

"We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, ..."
