The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the sea and the nicer restaurants—not too far, but not exactly close either.
One of the main issues during our stay was the staff. I expected a basic level of English communication, but that was often lacking. Additionally, the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less comfortable.
Breakfast was decent and probably one of the better parts of the stay.
However, the biggest problem was the cleanliness. When we arrived, the room was clearly not cleaned properly—there was visible dust everywhere, the floor hadn’t been mopped, and the balcony was dirty. We stayed for 8 days, and the room was cleaned only once, and even then, it was far from thorough. The same dust and dirt remained.
What was most concerning, though, was the hygiene practices. I saw a housekeeper remove bathroom trash from a neighboring room and then, without washing her hands, handle clean towels and place them in our room. At breakfast, leftover food from guests' plates was returned to the buffet multiple times, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
Overall, while the location and breakfast were okay, the lack of cleanliness and poor hygiene standards were major disappointments. I would not return or recommend this hotel based on this experience.
