「Very well priced, located on the hill close to the queens palace. Very helpful English-speaking staff. The room is modern, comfortable, and clean, although a bit small. The only downside for me is that the lounge and restaurant area is just beneath my window so it's a bit noisy at night with people talking and music in the background.」

「２度目の２連泊はアップグレードして戴けた。２度目の滞在は残念ながら英語の話せる方が居られなかったが、それでもスマホの翻訳機能を駆使して何とか観光の段取りをつけてくれた。最後空港へのタクシーも往路よりも安く交渉してくれた。大変親切且つ素敵なホテルです。推奨。」

「The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!」
