Pet Policy:
Dogs only (no cats allowed).
Only one dog per room.
A fee of $15 per pet, per night applies.
Deposit Policy:
$75 deposit is required to pay on arrival.
This deposit will be fully refunded at the time of check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms.
A $100 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
