Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes avec vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Situé dans quartier calme a 25 mn environ à pied du port Vauban. (10 mn en voiture) Parking privatif en sous sol appréciable. Propre, fonctionnel et correctement équipé. Contact et accueil très sympathique de la part de nos hotes, toujours disponibles et a l'écoute Agréable séjour de 2 semaines.

Logement très bien équipé dans résidence calme. Piscine agréable et calme. La vue mer et montagne est magnifique depuis la terrasse. La personne qui nous a remis les clefs et nous a fait la visite était très accueillante et disponible.

Die Unterkunft in zentraler aber trotzdem ruhiger Lage befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage. Der Bahnhof von Antibes ist fußläufig in 10 Min., der Hafen und die Altstadt in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar. Zwischen Nizza und Cannes gelegen, befindet sich die Unterkunft in günstiger Verkehrslage und ist somit als idealer Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Die Fewo selbst ist ebenfalls gepflegt und nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Balkon bietet sich ein Blick auf den Pool, das Meer und die in der Ferne gelegenen Seealpen. Wir haben die Fewo zu zweit bewohnt, uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ein sehr großer Carefour) sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein paar kleinere Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlage.

L’appartement correspond à l’annonce. Il a été refait à neuf avec goût. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. L’emplacement est calme, le balcon donne sur la piscine qui est ouverte jusqu’à fin octobre. Le garage n’est pas très grand et n’est pas adapté à une grosse voiture. Notre BMW X1 rentrait tout juste. Arrêt de bus juste à côté. Compter 25-30 min de marche pour aller au centre du vieux Antibes.

Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist angenehm groß zum Sitzen und dort essen. Zur Altstadt sind es etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß, einen Bus kann man auch nehmen. Für zwei Personen ideal, für mehr evtl. etwas zu eng. Der Blick vom Balkon ist genial. Nachteil, dass man alles selbst mitbringen muss - Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrhandtuch etc. Ruhige Anlage und sehr nette Vermieter

Logement bien adapté et agréable avec un joli balcon donnant sur la piscine. Avons apprécié les deux salle de bains et l'aménagement simple et confortable. Un bon choix pour un séjour reposant. Site des proches des plages et des sites très touristiques de la Côte d'Azur. Baignade et port de plaisance.

Un grand Merci à MMe GUILLET pour son accueil et ses conseils ! Appartement sympathique et très fonctionnel pour une famille avec 2 enfants. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenu. Nous programmons déjà nos prochaines vacances dans cette belle région et surtout dans cet appartement.

Nous avons été séduits par cet appartement propre et très bien situe belles vues mer et montagnes ainsi que la tour carrée un balcon assez grand pour pouvoir prendre nos petits déjeuners et repas en famille face a la piscine ce fut très agréable notamment avoir les 2 salles de bain ce qui est très pratique a 4 enfin l accueil très sympatrique avec Mme Guillet et les rapports avec les propriétaires merci pour tout et a très bientôt M MME FONTE

Accueil chalereux. Appart sympa avec tout ce qu'il faut. Vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée du séjour et sur les Alpes de la chambre - que demander de mieux :-) Assez silencieux. Proche commerces et 20 mn à pied d'Antibes centre. Tout petit bémol : pas très propre, car nous étions les premiers locataires cette saison. On reviendra avec plaisir avec nos deux enfants.

Très agréable appartement, clair et lumineux, très calme, suffisament spatieux et fonctionnel avec ses 2 salles de bain. Une terrasse qui permet de profiter de la vue mer et montagne en dégustant un apéritif ou un repas, avant ou après un plongeon dans la piscine très bien entretenue, et privative. Même si une voiture (abritée dans un garage fermé) peut être utile pour le centre ville ou certaines plages, cet appartement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate d'une ville balnéaire très pittoresque (et calme en juin). De là, les visites de sites touristiques, balnéaires ou historiques, permettent de profiter d'un environnement aux plaisirs multiples. Ne pas manquer les villages médiévaux et provençaux de la région! C'était le judicieux conseil de la très sympathique personne nous ayant accueillis, missionnée par les propriétaires. En conclusion: séjour très agréable dans un lieu très recommandable.

Des propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, ensoleillé le matin jusqu'à 11h et ensuite ombragé donc température idéale pour les repas sur le balcon, au calme, vue magnifique (montages et mer) le plus : la piscine (très bien entretenue) au pied de la résidence.
