Light and sun fill the room with large windows opening to a view of gorgeous Medieval Walls and landscape. Open your front door and step onto the sidewalk ... in a one minute walk, you'll be on the Ancient Ramparts with amazing views of The Med - The Alps - and the Riviera coastline in all directions. Walk left for 5 minutes to the small intimate Gravett BEACH, perfect for swimming and relaxing!. Or turn right and walk to numerous sandy beachs, the coastal walk to Cap d'Antibes and Juan-les-Pains. Walk in any direction 5 minutes and discover 50 restaurants with outstanding French cuisine and friendly multi-lingual staff! With amenities like a washing machine, high speed internet, A/C and heating, guests can relax and unwind effortlessly. The efficient bathroom is equipped with a robust shower, sink with mirror and hairdryer, plus a window for light and breeze. The walk-in kitchen has all amenities of oven, dual burner cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, strong blender, toaster, electric kettle and ESPRESSO machine, washing machine and window for outside light and fresh Cote Azur air. All plates, glassware and cookware included. For out door enjoyment, two comfy red canvas chairs are supplied for beach or relaxation by your front windows and flower boxes. Stylish Old Town Stay - Steps from the Sea and Great Food!

Amazing location - just meters away from restaurants, entertainment and Provincial Market in beautiful Old Town near the Picasso museum. Helpful hostess made our arrival easy. Clean and bright with lots of windows, it had everything we needed, washing machine, a well equipped kitchen, and a lovely strong shower. Quiet at night, 5 minute walk to beach and ONE MINUTE to the stunning Ramparts. It was one of our best photo taking holidays!We loved it - Couldn't be happier. We look forward to staying at this gem of a home again.
