「The hotel was nice, modern and the pool, restaurants and bars are pretty good. Entertainment staff worked hard, as do the housekeeping staff, good variety of food and drinks. There seems to be a lack of toilets though... for either of the pools, Breeze bar or Pala Santo restaurant, you need to go into the hotel itself and there is one set of toilets for the entire downstairs area, day and night.」

「Das angebotene Essen war sehr, einseitig, es wurde für ein Viersternehotel sehr wenig angeboten und es gab immer das gleiche. Das Getränkeangebot war mager, nicht einmal Wasser mit Kohlensäure wurde angeboten. Das Buffet wurde klein gehalten, wurde nicht aufgefüllt und war entsprechend wenig im Verhältnis zu den Anzahl der Gäste. Das Abendangebot des Hotels war langweilig. Die Zimmer waren nicht gut gereinigt, es lagen viele Haare herum, Tiere krochen auf dem Boden, und in den Ecken sammelte es...

「Room was good, junior suite had added bonus of sun loungers on the balcony. Lunch was generally best meal of day, breakfast ok, but evening meals seemed a bit poorer as per other comments. That said, we always found something to eat and never left hungry.」
