Holiday home - CASA PLAYA - in the most beautiful location

The holiday home is located about 1 km outside the town centre on a hill, in a very quiet spot at the end of a side street with little traffic, within a holiday complex. The beach—with white sand and sheltered swimming coves—is about 2 km away.

The house has two large bedrooms on the ground floor, each with built-in closets. One room has a double bed, which also includes a cot; the other has two single beds. The double bedroom is equipped with satellite TV and two sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, which offers a view of the sea over the roofs of a few houses in the holiday complex. The balcony of the single-bed room invites you to relax while enjoying the view of the volcanic landscape. The large bathroom is also located on the ground floor, situated between the two bedrooms. It is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
On the ground floor is the modern kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, 3 ceramic cooktops, a microwave, toaster, and oven. Next to it is the cosy living room with access to the terrace. Here, guests can watch a variety of German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian TV channels via Smart TV. They also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is a small bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in mosaic-tiled shower, sink, and toilet.

The terrace features a large dining table with 6 chairs, as well as 6 sun loungers with comfortable cushions. Two umbrellas provide the desired shade. A large and a small communal swimming pool, located about 100 m from the house, invite young and old alike to enjoy daily fun!

The beach is easily accessible via a paved walkway. There are several sheltered coves here, protected from the waves, making them ideal for children. Several restaurants near the beach ensure guests’ culinary needs are well taken care of, and there is also a large supermarket nearby.

Passionate golfers can indulge their passion at the two nearby golf courses! A tennis court is located 1 km away.

Bicycles can be rented at Caleta de Fuste Beach.
Water sports equipment is available for rent at the beach.

There are plenty of places to go out in Caleta de Fuste (one to two km away). There is a wide variety of day trip destinations, such as Corralejo (white sand dunes), Costa Calma, and Jandia. There is a nature park in La Lajita. A hire car is recommended.

As usual, a security deposit of €200 will be collected at check-in. Please have this amount ready in cash.
