"Check in was by phone call and we did not have mobile coverage lucky the wifi password was posted and we could use WhatsApp. Fridge did not work and was hot to touch other than that things were fine"

"I had booked a room for 1 adult and 1 child and the lady made it somewhat difficult giving me a second set of towels- claiming it was a room for one person. When I asked her if she wanted to see my reservation she waved me off and gave me another set of towels. That’s just not very welcoming…"

"Beautiful village layout relaxing with beautiful views. Unfortunately staff was not knowledgable of lunch and dinner schedules. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and lunch is over at 2:30, dinner starts at 6:30 . So I had to wait over three hours to eat . It was a Buffett and the food was bare minimum quality. ..."
