"Staff was quick to respond to room issues. The refrigerator wasnt working. Our room had a bad "air freshener" odor. They set up an ionizer which made it much better but we couldnt fbe on oir room for over an hour. We are moving from Arizona to Washington. We are very tired so this was an inconvenience. "

"We felt the rooms were older and need some updating. The dinner - we had to ask for the country fried steak to be recooked as it was tough and the gravy was runny. The location was good - close to Bryce. But if there were other accomodations we would have chosen something else. "

"A unique motel experience. Old renovated co-op building, very clean and well-maintained, with access for all guests to the complete commercial kitchen! Spacious room and shared spaces for dining. The slightly challenging thing was that no staff was available on-site- all interaction with staff was by email/phone. And this clearly confused some guests- I had to help 3 different parties get into the building, explain how to find their rooms and keypad entry codes, etc. Ultimately, someone from the staff showed up to help, but the system still has some kinks that need to be worked out. That said, though, it was a fine place to stay at a great price, and we'd go there again as it was great fun cooking in the big, fully-equipped kitchen."
